THE FUTURE OF FITNESS: 7YRS TO 15YRS
CrossFit Young Guns is geared and designed for kids and teens and takes into account the specific developmental needs of that age group. Our program is broad, general, and inclusive. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play specialised sports. They will learn to do all these things with a focus on good movement mechanics and good fun. Furthermore, Richard Kelly, owner of CrossFit4566 is a youth mentor and runs programs at local schools aimed to develop and mentor young men. More on this program here invicta-youth.com
CrossFit Young Guns is run every week day from 3:30-4:15pm and caters for 2 age groups (ages 7-10 and 11 – 15yrs)
